Engine will not start or hard to start |
No fuel in fuel tank - Fill it up.
Wrong grade of gasoline - Change fuel.
Air in fuel system - Bleed fuel system.
Faulty spark plug wire connection - Check spark plug wiring connection, repair or change.
Spark plug is faulty - Change spark plug.
Fuel filter is clogged - Replace fuel filter.
Brake pedal not depressed - Press the brake pedal.
Incorrect carburetor adjustment - Adjust carburetor idle mixture screw.
Poor compression - Inspect and replace wear parts.
Worn or unadjusted choke cable - Adjust correctly or change the cable.
Rough engine running |
Cooling fins are clogged - Need to wash or clean.
