Kohler Command CV460S Specs

The Kohler CV460S is a 460 cc (27.9 cubic inches) single-cylinder air-cooled four-stroke internal combustion gasoline engine from the Command PRO series, manufactured by Kohler Co. The Kohler CV460S engine has an OHV (overhead valve) design, an aluminum block with cast iron cylinder liners, vertical PTO-shaft, full-pressurized lubricating system. The engine is equipped with a carburetor (Nikki or Keihin) with a fixed main jet and dependable electronic magneto ignition system. A 87.0 mm (3.43 in) cylinder bore and 77.0 mm (3.03 in) piston stroke provide a total engine displacement of 398 cc. The compression ratio rating is 8.5:1. The engine produced 16.2 PS (11.9 KW; 16.0 HP) at 3,600 rpm of horsepower and 36.3 Nm (3.7 kgm; 26.8 ft-lb) at 2,400 rpm of maximum torque.
