Honda GX340 Specifications

The Honda GX340 K1 is a 0.34 l (337 cc, 20.6 cubic inches) 4-cycle 1-cylinder air-coolled internal combustion small gasoline engine with horizontal shaft, manufactured by Honda Motor Co. since 1985 for general-purpose applications. From spring 2010 onwards, Honda producing the updated version of GX340 engines. These engines meet the most stringent exhaust gas emission regulation, EPA Phase III. The Honda GX340 K1 has overhead valve design, one-cylinder inclined by 25 deg, transistorized magneto ignition system and horizontal carburetor with a butterfly valve. It was equipped with recoil or electric starter. The Honda GX340K1 produces 11.0 HP (8.2 kW) at 3,600 rpm and 24 Nm (2.4 kgm, 17.0 ft-lb) of torque at 2,500 rpm. It has a bore and stroke of 82.0 mm x 64.0 mm. Compression ratio rating is 8.0:1.
