Engine won't start or starts hard |
No gasoline in tank - Fill fuel up.
Incorrect fuel grade - Change fuel.
Water or air in fuel system - Remove air or water from system.
Spark plug wiring connection is damaged - Check spark plug wiring connection, repair or change.
Faulty spark plug - Replace spark plug.
Fuel filter is plugged - Change fuel filter.
Clogged fuel lines - Fuel lines need to be cleaned.
Drained or defective battery - Charge or change the battery.
Wiring harness connections are damaged - Inspect harness connections.
Damaged ignition system - Check ignition components and replace if necessary.
Pulse fuel pump is defective - Pulse fuel pump need to be replaced.
Damaged electric fuel pump - Change electric fuel pump.
ECM is faulty - Replace ECM.
Engine starts and stalls suddenly |
Damaged spark plug - Install new spark plug.
Ignition coil is not working - Change ignition coil as required.
Damaged pulse fuel pump - Pulse fuel pump need to be replaced.

Engine keeps overheating |
Engine is running overloaded - Reduce engine load.

Lower check valve not seating in port side trim ram - Install valve correctly.
