Craftsman GT6000 Garden Tractor
The
Craftsman GT6000 is a garden tractor from AYP built. This model was manufactured
between 1991 and 1997. The tractor could be equipped with five engine options:
Kohler MV18S gasoline engine with a rated power of 18 Hp (13.4 kW), Kohler MV20S
gasoline engine with a rated power of 20 Hp (14.9 kW), Kohler Magnum M20QS
gasoline engine with a rated power of 20 Hp (14.9 kW), Kohler Command CV20S
gasoline engine with a rated power of 20.5 Hp (15.3 kW), or Briggs and Stratton
422707 gasoline engine with a rated power of 18 Hp (13.4 kW).
The Craftsman GT6000 is fitted with a 2 transmission options: gear
transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears, or Hydro Gear
hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. The
maximum forward speed - 5.6 mph (9 kph), maximum reverse speed - 2.5 mph
(4 kph). The Craftsman GT6000 tractor is equipped with a manual
steering, mechanical disc brakes, 16x7.50-8 front tires, and 23x10.50-12
rear tires. The tractor is compatible with the following attachments: a
42" mid-mount 2-blade mower deck, and 44", 46" or 50" mid-mount 3-blade
mower decks.
