Ford LGT-165 Garden Tractor
The
Ford LGT 165 garden tractor was manufactured by Jacobsen built between 1972 and
1983. The components of Ford LGT165 powerline system: Kohler K341AQS four-stroke
single cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine and shaft-driven hydrostatic
transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears (two-range).
A 35.9 cubic inches (0.6L) engine power rating is 16 hp (11.9 kW) at
3600 rpm. The engine has a fixed main jet or adjustable main jet
carburetor, splash type
lubrication system, and forced-air cooling system. Max. travel speed
(forward and reverse): 6.5 mph (10.5 km/h) and 3.2 mph (5.1 km/h).
The Ford LGT 165 was equipped with a manual steering system and integral
mechanical band brakes. This model has 16x6.50-8 front tires and
23x8.50-12 rear tires. The wheelbase is 46" (1160 mm). The Ford LGT165
tractor is compatible with 42" and 50" mid-mount 3-blade mower decks
with a cutting height of 1.5-4.5" (38-115 mm), 48" front blade, 42"
front-mount single-stage snow blower, front end loader with a maximum
lift height of 67" (1700 mm), and backhoe with a digging depth of 72
(1825 mm).
