Kohler Courage SV735 4-cycle V-twin cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine
with a maximum output power of 26 Hp (19.4 kW), or 44.1 cubic inches
(726 cc) Briggs and Stratton 445877 4-cycle V-twin cylinder gasoline
engine with max power of 26 Hp (19.4 kW). The Craftsman YT4500 is
equipped with 2 types of transmission. 1st type: Tuff Torq K46
belt-driven hydrostatic transmission.
2nd type: Hydro Gear hydrostatic transmission. The maximum forward speed
- 5.5 mph (8.8 kph), max. reverse speed - 2.9 mph (4.7 kph). The
Craftsman YT4500 was equipped with a manual sector and pinion steering
system, mechanical disc brakes, 15x6.00-6 front tires, and 20x10.00-8
rear tires. The lawn tractor is compatible with a 54" mid-mount 3-blade
mower deck with a cutting height of 1.5-4.0 in (37-100 mm) and manual
lift system.
