Cub Cadet 1170 Lawn Tractor
The
Cub Cadet 1170 lawn tractor was manufactured from 2000 to 2002. The Cub Cadet
1170 powerline components: Briggs and Stratton 407777 Intek 4-stroke 2-cylinder
vertical shaft air-cooled gasoline engine and continuously variable transmission
(CVT) with infinite forward and reverse gears.
A 40 cu.in (655 cc) engine has a cylinder bore of 2.97" (75 mm), piston
stroke of 2.89" (73 mm), and maximum power of 17.5 hp (13 kW). Max.
forward speed - 5.2 mph (8.4 km/h), maximum reverse speed - 2.3 mph (3.7
km/h).
The Cub Cadet 1170 was equipped with a manual steering system, wet disc
brakes, 15x6.00-6 front tires, and 20x8.00-8 rear tires. The wheelbase
is 45.5 inches (1150 mm). The tractor is compatible with a 42" mid-mount
2-blade mower deck with cutting height of 1.0-4.0" (25-102 mm) and
mechanical lift, 42" mid-mount two-stage snowblower, and 46" front-mount
