Ford 100 Garden Tractor
The
Ford 100 garden tractor was manufactured by Jacobsen built from 1966 to 1971.
The Ford 100 tractor is powered by 23.9 cu.in (391 cc) Kohler K241 4-stroke
single-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine with a max output power of 10 hp (7.5
kW).
The Ford 100 is fitted with two transmission options: belt-driven gear
transmission with 4 forward and 1 reverse gears, and hydrostatic
transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. The maximum
forward speed - 7.2 mph (11.5 kph), max. reverse speed - 3.2 mph (5.1
kph).
The garden tractor was equipped with a manual steering system, band
brakes, 16x5.50-8 front tires, and 23x8.50-12 rear tires. The wheelbase
is 43" (1090 mm). The Ford 100 is compatible with 36" or 42" mid-mount
2-blade mower decks with manual lift, 48" mid-mount 3-blade mower deck,
36" front-mount snowblower, and 42" front-mount blade.
