Ford GT-85 Garden Tractor
The
Ford GT-85 is a GT-series garden tractor. This model was manufactured by
Shibaura built from 1992 to 2097. The Ford GT-85 is equipped with a Kohler
Magnum M18 four-cycle V-Twin cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine with a rated
power of 18 hp (13.4 kw), and shaft-driven hydrostatic transmission.
The maximum travel speed (forward/reverse): 8 mph (12.9 km/h) and 3.7
mph (6 km/h). The Ford GT-85 was equipped with a manual or power
steering system, disc brakes, 16x6.50-8 front tires, and 23x10.5-12 rear
tires. The wheel base is 49.8 inches (1260 mm).
The tractor can be equipped with the following attachments: 44", 48" or
60" mid-mount mower decks with cutting height of 1.0-4.0 in (25-102 mm),
46" front blade, and 42" front-mount 1-stage snowblower with hydraulic
or manual lift system.
