Ford YT16H Lawn Tractor
The
Ford YT16H is a YT-series 2WD lawn tractor. This model was manufactured between
1984 and 1993. The Ford YT16H tractor is powered by 40.1 cu.in (655 cc) Briggs
and Stratton 402707 4-cycle 2-cylinder vertical shaft air-cooled gasoline engine
with a rated power of 16 hp (11.9 kW), or 42.2 cu.in (691 cc) Kohler MV16
4-cycle 2-cylinder vertical shaft air-cooled gasoline engine with a rated power
of 16 hp (11.9 kW).
The Ford YT16H is equipped with 2-range Eaton belt-driven hydrostatic
transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. The maximum
forward speed - 5 mph (8 km/h) km/h, max. reverse speed - 2.8 mph (4.5
km/h). The Ford YT-16 was equipped with a manual sector-and-pinion
steering, mechanical caliper-engaged disc brakes, 15x6.00-6 front tires,
and 22.5x9.00-12 rear tires.
The wheel base is 49" (1240 mm). The tractor is compatible with 42" or
48" mid-mount 3-blade mower decks with cutting height of 1.5-3.5" (38-90
mm) and mechanical or electric lift, 36" front-mount single-stage
snowblower with manual or electric lift system, and 42" front blade with
manual angle.
