Husqvarna LGT48DXL Troubleshooting

The Husqvarna LGT48DXL lawn tractor was manufactured from 2017 to 2021. The Husqvarna LGT48DXL driveline includes a Kohler 7000 Series KT725 4-cycle twin-cylinder air-cooled vertical shaft gasoline engine and Tuff Torq K46 belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears.

A 44.2 cubic inches (725 cc) engine has a cylinder bore of 3.27" (83 mm), piston stroke of 2.64" (67 mm), max power of 25 hp (18.2 kW), and maximum torque of 54.8 Nm (40.4 lb-ft) at 2600 rpm. Max. forward speed - 5.5 mph (8.8 km/h), max. reverse speed - 2.5 mph (4 km/h).

The Husqvarna LGT48DXL was equipped with a manual steering system, disc brakes, 16x6.50-8 front tires, and 22x9.50-12 rear tires. The wheel base is 48" (1220 mm). The tractor is compatible with a 48" mid-mount 3-blade side discharge mower deck with cutting height of 1.5-4.0 in (38-101 mm), seven cut positions, four anti-acalp wheels, electric blade engagement, and mechanical lift system.

Engine Troubleshooting
Engine won't start or difficult to start
Empty gas tank - Fill gasoline up
Wrong grade of gasoline - Use correct fuel grade
Air in fuel tank - Bleed fuel tank
Damaged spark plug wiring connection - Check the spark plug wire connection, repair or replace

Mower vibration is excessive
