Husqvarna TS 242XD Garden Tractor
The
Husqvarna TS 242XD garden tractor was manufactured between 2019 and 2022. The
Husqvarna TS242XD driveline consists of Kawasaki FR651V 4-cycle vertical-shaft
V-twin air-cooled gasoline engine and Tuff Torq K46 CR belt-driven hydrostatic
transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears.
A 44.3 cubic inches (726 cc) engine has a cylinder bore of 3.07" (78
mm), piston stroke of 3.00" (76 mm), and max power of 21.5 hp (16
kW). The fuel system has an internally vented carburetor with fuel
shut-off solenoid, and pulse fuel pump. The max forward speed -
5.5 mph (8.8 kph), max reverse speed - 2.5 mph (4 kph).
The
Husqvarna TS 242XD riding mower is equipped with a manual steering
system, pneumatic wheels, 15x6.00-6 front tires, and 20x10.00-8 rear
tires. Compatible attachments for the tractor: 42" mid-mount 2-blade
side discharge mower deck with cutting height of 1.5-4.0 in (38-101 mm),
electric blade engagement, 6 cut positions, two anti-scalp wheels, and
mechanical lifting system.
