John Deere E170 lawn tractor was manufactured between 2018 and 2020. The John
Deere E170 driveline includes a 44.2 cu.in (724 cc) Briggs and Stratton 44S977
4-cycle vertical-shaft V-twin cylinder OHV air-cooled gasoline engine and
Kanzaki Tuff Torq belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with foot-controlled
variable speed drive.
The engine has a cylinder bore of 3.12" (79 mm), piston stroke of 2.89"
(73 mm), and rated power of 25 hp (18.5 kW). The maximum forward speed -
5.5 mph (8.8 kph), maximum reverse speed - 3.2 mph (5.1 kph).
The John Deere E170 is equipped with a manual steering system, wet disc
brakes, 15x6.50-8 front tires, and 22x9.50-12 rear tires. The wheelbase
