powertrain system components: Kohler Command CV23S 4-cycle 2-cylinder OHV
air-cooled gasoline engine and Tuff Torq K46 HD belt-driven hydrostatic
transmission with foot-controlled variable speed drive.
A 41.1 cubic inches (673 cc) engine has a cylinder bore of 3.15" (80
mm), piston stroke of 2.64" (67 mm), and rated power of 23 hp (17.2 kW).
Max. forward speed - 5.5 mph (8.8 km/h), maximum reverse speed - 3.2 mph
(5.1 km/h).
The tractor is equipped with a manual steering system, wet disc brakes,
16x6.50-8 front tires, and 22x9.50-12 rear tires. The wheelbase is 49"
(1240 mm). The John Deere L130 is compatible with a 48" mid-mount
3-blade mower deck with cutting height of 1.0-4.0" (25-102 mm) and
manual lift, 42" front-mount two-stage snowblower with clearing height
of 21" (530 mm) and mechanical lifting system, 46" front-mount blade
with lift height of 6.5" (165 mm).
