The John Deere X135R is a 2-wheel drive lawn tractor from X100 series. This model was manufactured from 2013 to 2025. Blade bolts are not tightened well - Tighten it fast
Constant clogging of discharge chute
High mowing speed - Select a slower speed

Battery won’t charge
Corroded or loose cable connections - Clean or tighten wiring connections

Faulty cell in battery - Battery change required
Starter turning slow
Battery capacity is low - Low battery charging, charge as required
Battery drains quickly - Service charging system or change battery
Corroded battery terminals or disconnected wires - Connect wiring correctly or install new terminals
Starter will not work
Battery is discharged or defective - Charge or change the battery
Battery cables are disconnected or incorrectly connected - Check cables and connect as needed
Low battery voltage - Battery is drained, recharge it
Spark plug worn or incorrectly gapped - Clean, gap or change spark plug
