Toro 15-38 HXL Lawn Tractor
The
Toro 15-38 HXL lawn tractor was manufactured from 1998 to 1999. The Toro
15-38HXL lawn tractor is powered by 28.4 cubic inches (465 cc) Briggs and
Stratton 28Q707 4-cycle single cylinder OHV vertical shaft air-cooled gasoline
engine with a rated power of 15.5 Hp (11.6 kW).
The engine has a float fixed main jet carburetor, full pressure
lubrication, air cleaner with paper element, and forced air cooling
system. The tractor is fitted with Hydro-Gear 321-0500 belt-driven
hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears. The
maximum forward speed - 6 mph (9.7 km/h), maximum reverse speed - 2.5
mph (4 km/h).
The Toro 15-38 HXL is equipped with a manual steering system, band
brakes, 15x6.00-6 front tires, and 18x9.50-8 rear tires. The tractor is
compatible with a 42" front-mount blade, or 38" mid-mount 2-blade mower
deck with cutting height of 1.0-4.0" (25-102 mm) and mechanical lift
system.
