Toro LX500 Lawn Tractor
The
Toro LX500 is a 2-wheel drive LX-series lawn tractor. This model was
manufactured by MTD built from 2006 to 2007. The Toro LX500 drivetrain system
components: Kohler Courage SV720 4-cycle 2-cylinder OHV air-cooled gasoline
engine and mechanical CVT transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears.
A 44 cu.in (725 cc) engine has a cylinder bore of 3.27" (83 mm), piston
stroke of 2.64" (67 mm), and rated power of 23 hp (16.8 kW). The maximum
travel speed (forward/reverse): 5.5 mph (8.8 km/h) and 2.3 mph (3.7
km/h).
The Toro LX500 riding lawn mower is equipped with a manual steering
system, disc brakes, 15x6.00-6 front tires, and 20x10.00-8 rear tires.
The tractor is compatible with the following attachments: 50" mid-mount
3-blade mower deck with cutting height of 1.5-4.0 in (40-102 mm) and
mechanical lifting system, 42" front-mount 2-stage snowblower, and 46"
front-mount blade.
