Wheel Horse 211-5 Garden Tractor
The
Wheel Horse 211-5 garden tractor was manufactured from 1985 to 1989. The Wheel
Horse 211-5 tractor is powered by 24.3 cu.in (399 cc) Briggs and Stratton 252707
4-cycle vertical-shaft single cylinder air-cooled gasoline with a rated power of
11 Hp (8.2 kW).
The engine has a fixed main jet carburetor, full pressure lubrication
with oil filter, and foam air cleaner. The Wheel Horse 211-5 is fitted
with a 2 transmission options: Peerless 801 or Peerless 920 belt-driven
gear transmissions with 5 forward and 1 reverse gears.
The maximum travel speed (forward/reverse): 5 mph (8 km/h) and 2.4 mph
(3.9 km/h). The tractor was equipped with a manual steering system,
mechanical brakes, 13x6.50-6 front tires, and 18x9.50-8 rear tires. The
tractor is compatible with a 36" mid-mount mower deck with manual lift,
37" mid-mount mower deck with manual lift, 42" front blade, and 37"
front-mount snowblower.
