Wheel Horse C-100 Garden Tractor
The
Wheel Horse C100 is a 2WD garden tractor from C-series. This model was
manufactured between 1974 and 1975. Wheel Horse C-100 powerline components: a
23.9 cu.in (391 cc) Kohler K241AS 4-cycle 1-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine
with maximum power of 10 hp (7.5 kW), and 8-speed gear transmission with high
and low ranges.
Max. forward speed - 1.4 mph (2.3 kph) using a low range, or 5.5 mph
(8.8 kph) using a high range. Max. reverse speed - 0.6 mph (1 kph) using
a low range, or 2.6 mph (4.2 kph) using a high range.
The Wheel Horse C-100 was equipped with a manual steering system, band
brakes, 16x6.50-8 front tires, and 23x7.50-12 rear tires. The wheel base
is 45.5 in (1150 mm). The tractor is compatible with 36" and 42"
mid-mount 3-blade right-discharge mower decks with cutting heights of
1.25-3.25 in (32-82 mm) and 1.50-3.25 in (38-82 mm), 42" front-mount
blade, and 42" front-mount snow blower with manual lift system.
