Wheel Horse C121 Garden Tractor
The
Wheel Horse C121 garden tractor was manufactured from 1978 to 1979. The Wheel
Horse C-121 tractor is powered by 29.1 cu.in (476 cc) Kohler K301AS 4-cycle
1-cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine with a maximum power of 12 hp (9 kW).
The Wheel Horse C121 is fitted with 2 types of transmission. Type 1:
belt-driven gear transmission with 6 forward and 2 reverse gears. Type
2: Sundstrand belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward
and reverse gears. Max. travel speed (forward/reverse): 6.3 mph (10.1
km/h) and 3.2 mph (5.1 km/h).
The Wheel Horse C121 was equipped with a manual steering system,
16x6.50-8 front tires, and 23x7.50-12 rear tires. The wheel base is
45.5" (1150 mm). The garden tractor is compatible with the following
attachments: 36" mid-mount 3-blade right-discharge mower deck with
cutting height of 1.25-3.25" (32-82 mm) and manual lift system, 42"
mid-mount 3-blade rear-discharge mower deck with cutting height of
1.5-3.25" (38-82 mm) and mechanical lifting, 48" mid-mount 3-blade
right-discharge mower deck with cutting height of 1.5-4.0" (38-102 mm)
and manual lift, and 42" front-mount snowblower, 42" front-mount blade.
