Wheel Horse Commando 6 Tractor
The
Wheel Horse Commando 6 is a two-wheel drive garden tractor. This model was
manufactured from 1968 to 1969. The Wheel Horse Commando 6 driveline includes a
Tecumseh HH60 4-cycle L-head single-cylinder horizontal shaft air-cooled
gasoline engine and Wheel Horse Uni-Drive belt-driven gear transmission with 3
forward and 1 reverse gears.
A 13.5 cu.in (222 cc) engine has a cylinder bore of 2.63" (66.7 mm),
piston stroke of 2.5" (63.5 mm), and rated power of 6 hp (4.5 kW). The
maximum travel speed (forward/reverse): 6 mph (9.6 km/h) and 2.5 mph
(4.1 km/h).
The Wheel Horse Commando 6 tractor is equipped with a manual steering,
16x4.00x8 front tires, and 22.5x6.00x12 rear tires. The tractor is
compatible with the following attachments: 32" mid-mount 2-blade mower
deck with mechanical lift, 36" mid-mount 2-blade mower deck with
mechanical lift, 32" front-mount single-stage snowblower, and 42" front
blade.
