The John Deere L111 driveline components: a 40 cubic inches (656 cc)
Briggs and Stratton 4-cycle V-twin cylinder OHV vertical-shaft
air-cooled gasoline engine with a rated power of 20 Hp (14.8 kW), and
Tuff Torq T40 belt-driven hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward
and reverse gears.
The engine has a float-feed carburetor, full pressure lubrication,
forced air cooling system, and electronic ignition system. Max. travel
speed (forward and reverse): 5.5 mph (8.8 km/h) / 3.2 mph (5.1 km/h).
The John Deere L111 was equipped with a manual steering system, disc
