John Deere LT160 Lawn Tractor
The
John Deere LT160 lawn tractor was manufactured between 2002 and 2005. The John
Deere LT160 powerline system components: a 29.9 cu.in (490 cc) Kohler Command
CV460S 4-cycle vertical shaft single cylinder air-cooled gasoline engine with a
rated power of 16 hp (11.9 kW) at 3600 prm, and Tuff Torq K46 belt-driven
hydrostatic transmission with foot-controlled variable speed drive.
The engine has a fixed main jet carburetor, mechanical diaphragm type
fuel pump, and full pressure lubrication system with full-flow oil
filter. The maximum forward speed - 5.8 mph (9.3 kph), max. reverse
speed - 3.5 mph (5.6 kph). The tractor is equipped with a manual
steering system, mechanical disc brakes, 15x6.00-6 front tires, and
20x10.00-8 rear tires. The wheelbase is 48 in (1210 mm).
The John Deere LT160 is compatible with the following attachments: a 42"
mid-mount 2-blade mower deck with cutting height of 1.0-4.0 in (25-102
mm) and mechanical lift system, and 44" front-mount blade.
