Case 310 Backhoe Loader
The
Case 310 backhoe loader was manufactured between 1957 and 1958. The Case 310 is
powered by G148 four-stroke 4-cylinder liquid-cooled gasoline engine with a
maximum output power of 42 Hp (31.3 kW) and 173.6 Nm (128 lb-ft) of max torque
at 1200 rev/min.
The Case 310 backhoe loader was fitted with 3 transmission options:
8x8 dual range shuttle transmission, 4x1 gear transmission, or triple-range
transmission with 12 forward and 3 reverse gears. The maximum forward speed -
22.9 mph (36.8 km/h), max. reverse speed - 22.8 mph (36.7 km/h).
The open center
hydraulic system includes a gear pump with rated fluid flow of 19 gpm (72
l/min). The hydraulic pressure is 110 bar (1600 psi). The backhoe loader was
equipped with 7.50x16 front tires and 13.0x24 rear tires. The wheel base is
75.3" (1910 mm).
The Case 310 front end loader’s max lift height is 129.8" (3290
mm) at pin, and clearance with bucket dumped is 109.5" (2780 mm). The lift
capacity is 1500 lbs (680 kg) at max. height (pivot pin), and breakout force is
3000 lbs (1360 kg). The estimated cycle times are 6.5 seconds lifting to full
height, and 4 seconds maximum bucket dumping. The loader buckets have a width of
48, 56 and 63 inches.
The backhoe has a rated digging depth of 12 ft (3650 mm),
and reach from swing pivot of 16 ft 2 in (4920 mm) at ground level. The maximum
transport height is 11 ft 7 in (3530 mm). The backhoe can be fitted with 14",
16", 19", 24", and 30" buckets.
