Kubota M59 Backhoe Loader
The
Kubota M59 backhoe loader was manufactured from 2008 to 2015. The Kubota M59 TLB
is powered by 148.5 cu.in (2.4 L) Kubota V2403 4-cycle vertical 4-cylinder
indirect injection water-cooled diesel engine with a maximum power of 59 hp (44
kW) at 2700 rpm. The Kubota M59 backhoe loader is equipped with a 3-range HST
Plus hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse gears.
The max forward speed - 15.9 mph (25.6 km/h), a maximum reverse speed -
15.5 mph (24.8 km/h). The open center hydraulic system includes a gear
pump with a flow of 30.9 gpm (117 lpm). The hydraulic pressure is 186
bar (2700 psi). The 3-point hitch has a lift capacity of 3860 lbs (1750
kg) at pin. The Kubota M59 is fitted with 10x16.5 front tyres and
17.5Lx24 rear tyres. The wheel base is 80.7" (2050 mm).
The Kubota TL1350 loader has a lifting capacity (at pin) of 3960 lbs
(1796 kg) to maximum height of 126.1" (3203 mm), and breakout force
(bucket on ground) of 5992 lbs (2724 kg). A full dump clearance with a
43-degree maximum dump angle is 95" (2412 mm). The raising time is 4.2
sec from ground line to max height, and bucket dumping time is 2.4
seconds. The 84" (2135 mm) standard material bucket has a heaped
capacity of 23.3 cu.ft (0.66 m3).
The Kubota BT1200 backhoe can dig to maximum depth of 144" (3652 mm).
The dipper stick digging force is 4524 lbs (2056 kg), and bucket digging
force is 6604 lbs (3000 kg). The reach from swing pivot at ground level
is 187.9" (4773 mm). The backhoe can be equipped with 12" (300 mm), 16"
(405 mm), 18" (455 mm), 24" (605 mm), 30" (760 mm), or 36" (910 mm)
buckets.
