Case 530CK Backhoe Loader
The
Case 530 Construction King is a 2-wheel drive backhoe loader. This model was
manufactured from 1960 to 1967. The Case 530CK is powered by 188 cubic inches
four-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine with a maximum output power of 52 hp
(38.8 kW) at 2100 rpm, or 159 cubic inches four-cylinder gasoline engine with a
maximum power of 47.6 hp (35.5 kW) at 1900 rpm.
The Case 530CK is fitted with three transmission options: 8x8 dual range
mechanical shuttle transmission, 12x3 triple-range transmission, and 4x1
transmission with torque converter.
The maximum forward speed - 22 mph (35.4 kph), max. reverse speed - 25.9
mph (41.7 kph). The direct drive hydraulic system includes a gear pump
with fluid flow rate of 20 gpm (75.7 lpm) for models with a standard
clutch, and 22 gpm (83.3 lpm) for models with torque converter. The
hydraulic system pressure is 138 bar (2000 psi). The Case 530CK is
fitted with 7.50-16 or 6.50-16 front tires and 12.4x28 or 13.6-24 rear
tires. The wheel base is 77.2" (Gas) and 78.4" (Diesel).
The loader has a lift capacity (at pin) of 3000 lb (1360 kg) to a max
height of 127" (3220 mm), and breakout force of 6200 lb (2810 kg). The
clearance with bucket dumped is 103" (2610 mm) at max dump angle of 53
degrees. The front end loader is compatible with 63", 73" and 79"
buckets.
The backhoe with extendable boom has a working digging depth of 189"
(4800 mm), reach from swing pivot of 234" (5940 mm) at ground level, and
bucket digging force of 2875 lb (1305 kg). The backhoe can be equipped
with 16", 20", 30" and 36" buckets.
