John Deere 310G Backhoe Loader
The
John Deere 310G backhoe loader was manufactured from 2001 to 2007. The John
Deere 310G driveline system components: JD 4045D 4-cylinder inline liquid-cooled
naturally aspirated diesel engine, and 16-speed Collar-Shift synchronized
transmission with hydraulic reverser and single-stage torque converter.
A 276 cubic inches (4.5L) engine has a cylinder bore of 4.19" (106 mm),
piston stroke of 5" (127 mm), and rated power of 75 hp (56 kW), and max
torque of 296 Nm (218 lb-ft) at 1400 rev/min. The max forward speed -
20.5 mph (33 kph), a max reverse speed - 20.5 mph (33 kph). The open
center hydraulic system used a gear pump with a flow of 28 gpm (106
lpm). The hydraulic pressure is 190 bar (2750 psi) for loader and 250
bar (3625 psi) for backhoe. The John Deere 310G was equipped with a
hydrostatic power steering, hydraulic wet disc brakes, 11Lx15 (2WD) or
12.0x16.5 (4WD) front tires, and 17.5Lx24 (2WD) or 16.9x24 (4WD) rear
tires. The wheel base is 82.7" (2100 mm).
The loader is compatible with a 82" (2080 mm) standard material bucket
with a rated capacity of 31.8 cu.ft (0.91 m3), or 86" (2180 mm)
heavy-duty material bucket with a rated capacity of 26.6 cu.ft (0.76
m3). The loader has a lift capacity of 5800 lbs (2630 kg) with HD bucket
and 5150 lbs (2335 kg) with STD bucket to full height of 133.1" (3380
mm), and boom breakout force of 8100 lbs (3680 kg) HD bucket and 7175
lbs (3260 kg) with STD bucket. The bucket dump clearance is 105.9" (2690
mm) with HD bucket or 102" (2590 mm) with STD bucket at max dump angle
of 45 degrees.
The backhoe with extendable stick digs to max depth of 215" (5460 mm).
The bucket digging force is 11211 lbs (5096 kg), and dipper stick
digging force is 4844 lbs (2202 kg). The reach from swing pivot at
ground level is 257.1" (6530 mm). The backhoe is available with 16" (405
mm), 18" (455 mm), 24" (605 mm), 30" (760 mm), and 36" (910 mm) buckets.
