John Deere 310 Backhoe Loader
The
John Deere 310 backhoe loader was manufactured between 1971 and 1975. The John
Deere 310 is equipped with a JD 3.164D 3-cylinder liquid-cooled diesel engine
with a rated power of 52 hp (38.7 kw), or 164 cu.in (2.7 L) 3-cylinder
liquid-cooled gasoline engine with a rated power of 51 hp (37.8 kw).
The Collar Shift transmission consists of a dry clutch and gearbox with
8 forward and 4 reverse gears. The maximum forward speed - 19.6 mph
(31.5 kph), a maximum reverse speed - 8.8 mph (14.2 kph). The closed
center hydraulic system includes a piston pump with flow of 23 gpm (87.4
lpm). The hydraulic pressure is 162 bar (2350 psi). The John Deere 310
backhoe loader is fitted with 7.50x16 or 11Lx15 front tires and 16.9x24
or 19.5Lx24 rear tires. The wheelbase is 77" (1950 mm).
The loader’s maximum lift height is 122" (3090 mm) at pin and clearance
with bucket dumped is 99" (2510 mm). The lift capacity is 4000 lbs (1815
kg) to maximum lift height at pin, and boom breakout force is 7100 lbs
(3220 kg). The raising time is 3.7 seconds from ground line to max
height, and bucket dump time is 1.3 sec. The loader is equipped with a
90" general purpose bucket.
The backhoe can dig to maximum depth of 181"
(4590 mm), and 2-ft flat depth of 169" (4290 mm). The bucket digging
force is 10500 lbs (4760 kg). The reach from swing pivot at ground line
is 205" (5200 mm). The backhoe can be equipped with 16", 20", 24" and
30" buckets.
