John Deere 310E Backhoe Loader
The
John Deere 310E is a 2WD or 4WD backhoe loader. This model was manufactured from
1997 to 2001. The JD 310E is powered by John Deere 4045D four-cylinder
liquid-cooled diesel engine with a maximum power of 76 Hp (56.7 kW), and 296 Nm
(218 lb-ft) of peak torque at 1000 rpm.
The John Deere 310E is fitted with a 4x4 Collar Shift gear transmission
and single-stage torque converter. The max forward speed - 24.4 (39.3
km/h), a maximum reverse speed - 27.2 mph (43.8 km/h). The open center
hydraulic system used a gear pump with rated capacity of 28 gal/min (106
l/min).
The hydraulic pressure is 190 bar (2750 psi) for loader and 250 bar
(3625 psi) for backhoe. The 2WD models are equipped with 11Lx15 front
tires and 16.9x24 rear tires. The 11Lx16 front tires and 19.5Lx24 rear
tires are used for 4WD models.
The loader has a maximum lift height of 133.6 in (3380 mm) at pin and
clearance with bucket dumped of 106 in (2690 mm). The lifting capacity
is rated at 5800 lb (2630 kg) to max height, and breakout force is 8100
lb (3675 kg). The rated cycle times are 5.2 seconds lifting to full
height, and 1.1 seconds full bucket dumping. The loader is compatible
with a 86" (2175 mm) bucket.
The backhoe work ranges consist of a bucket dig force of 11105 lb (5035
kg) using a standard stick, or 11211 lb (5085 kg) using extendable
stick, and dipperstick dig force of 7005 lb (3177 kg) using standard
stick, or 4844 lb (2195 kg) using extendable stick. The max digging
depth is 215 in (5460 mm) using extendable stick, and reach from swing
pivot is 214 in (5430 mm) using standard stick. The backhoe can be
fitted with 12-in, 18-in, 24-in and 36-in buckets.
