John Deere 310J Backhoe Loader
The
John Deere 310J backhoe loader was manufactured from 2007 to 2011. The John
Deere 310J driveline system components: JD 4045T 4-stroke 4-cylinder
turbocharged diesel engine and full powershift transmission with 4 forward and 2
reverse gears.
A 276 cubic inches (4.5L) engine has a cylinder bore of 4.19" (106 mm),
piston stroke of 5.00" (127 mm), and rated power of 84 hp (62.6 kW). The
maximum travel speed (forward/reverse): 22.3 mph (35.9 km/h) and 8.2 mph
(13.2 km/h). The open center hydraulic system used a single gear pump
with a flow of 28 gpm (106 lpm).
The hydraulic pressure is 220 bar (3200 psi) for loader and 250 bar
(3625 psi) for backhoe. The 2WD models are equipped with 11Lx16 front
tires and 19.5Lx24 rear tires. A 12x16.5 front tires and 19.5Lx24 rear
tires are used for 4WD models. The wheelbase is 83" (2100 mm) for models
with 2WD, or 84" (2130 mm) for models with 4WD.
The loader’s maximum lift height is 133.6" (3380 mm) at pin, and
clearance with bucket dumped is 106" (2690 mm). The lifting capacity is
7419 lbs (3365 kg) to max height at pin, and breakout force is 11160 lbs
(5060 kg). The estimated cycle times are 5 seconds raising to full
height, and 1.3 seconds to full bucket dump. The loader is compatible
with a 86" (2175 mm) heavy-duty material bucket with a rated capacity of
26.9 cu.ft (0.77 cu.m).
The backhoe work ranges consist of a bucket digging force of 11105
(5035) and dipper arm digging force of 7005 (3177). The max digging
depth is 215" (5460 mm), and overall reach from swing pivot is 257"
(6520 mm) at ground line. The backhoe is equipped with 12" (305 mm), 18"
(455 mm), 24" (605 mm), and 30" (760 mm) buckets.
