John Deere 310SG Backhoe Loader
The
John Deere 310SG backhoe loader was manufactured from 2001 to 2007. The John
Deere 310SG driveline consists of a 276 cu.in (4.5L) John Deere 4045T 4-stroke
4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine with a rated power of 86 hp (64 kW), and
4x4 collar-shift transmission or 4x3 powershift transmission.
The max travel speed (forward/reverse): 20.5 mph (33 km/h). The open
center hydraulic system used a tandem gear type pump with a flow of 28
gal/min (106 l/min) using loader or 36 gal/min (136 l/min) using
backhoe. The main relief pressure is 250 bar (3625 psi).
The John Deere 310SG is equipped with a hydrostatic power steering,
hydraulic wet disc brakes, 11Lx15 (2WD) or 12.5/80-18 (4WD) front tires,
and 16.9x24 (2WD) or 19.5Lx24 (4WD) rear tires. The wheelbase is 82.7"
(2100 mm).
The loader has a max lift height of 133.9" (3400 mm) at pin and
clearance with bucket dumped of 102" (2590 mm). The lifting capacity is
7340 lbs (3332 kg) at max height (pivot pin), and breakout force (bucket
on ground) is 10210 lbs (4640 kg). The loader is compatible with a 86"
(2180 mm) heavy-duty material bucket with a rated capacity of 33.6 cu.ft
(0.96 cu.m).
The backhoe with extendable dipperstick can dig to a maximum depth of 18
ft 5 in (5610 mm). The bucket digging force is 12158 lbs (5526 kg), and
dipper stick digging force is 5628 lbs (2558 kg). The reach from swing
pivot at ground level is 21 ft 11 in (6680 mm). The backhoe is
compatible with 12" (305 mm), 18" (455 mm), 24" (605 mm), and 30" (760
mm) buckets.
