Kubota L45 Backhoe Loader
The
Kubota L45 is a four-wheel drive backhoe loader. This model was manufactured
from 2009 to 2015. The Kubota L45 TLB is equipped with Kubota V2203 4-cylinder
vertical indirect injection water-cooled diesel engine with a max output power
of 45.2 hp (33.6 kilowatt) at 2700 rev/min. The Kubota L45 TLB is fitted with a
3 range hydrostatic transmission with standard cruise control.
The maximum forward or reverse speed - 14.9 mph (24 km/h). The open
center hydraulic system includes a gear pump with a flow rate of 25 gpm
(94.5 lpm). The hydraulic system pressure is 186 bar (2700 psi).
The Kubota L45 TLB was equipped with a 27x10.5-15 (Industrial) or
27x10.5LLx15 (Turf) front tyres and 15-19.5 (Industrial) or 16.5Lx16.1
(Turf) rear tyres. The TL1000A loader’s max lift height is 113.9 in
(2890 mm) at pin and clearance with bucket dumped is 90 in (2280 mm).
The lift capacity is 2848 lbs (1290 kg) at maximum height (pivot pin),
and bucket's breakout force is 4530 lbs (2055 kg). The boom raising time
is 3.2 sec from ground line to full height, and bucket dump time is 2.2
seconds. The loader bucket has a width of 72 in (1820 mm) and heaped
capacity of 15.5 cu.ft (0.44 cu.m).
The BT1000A backhoe has a maximum depth of 121 in (3070 mm), and overall
reach from swing pivot at ground level of 160.9 in (4080 mm). The
digging force is 3779 lbs (1715 kg) for the dipper cylinder and 5825 lbs
(2642 kg) for the bucket cylinder. The backhoe is compatible with 12-in
(300 mm), 16-in (405 mm), 18-in (455 mm), 24-in (605 mm), 30-in (760
mm), and 36-in (910 mm) buckets.
