Kubota L39 Backhoe Loader
The
Kubota L39 is a 4WD backhoe loader. This model was manufactured between 2005 and
2015. The components of Kubota L39 TLB powerline system: a Kubota D1803 vertical
3-cylinder direct injection diesel engine, and a Glide Shift transmission with
12 forward and 8 reverse gears.
A 111.4 cubic inches engine output rating is 37.4 hp (27.9 kW), and a
max torque is 115.8 Nm (85.4 lb-ft) at 1600 rev/min. The max travel
speed (forward/reverse): 14.7 mph (23.7) and 14 mph (22.4 kph). The open
center hydraulic system includes a gear pump with a flow of 24.3 gallons
per minute (88.7 liters per minute).
The hydraulic fluid capacity is 16.3 gal (61.5 L). The Kubota L39 TLB is
fitted with 27x10.50LL or 27x10.5-15 front tyres and 16.5Lx16.1 or
15-19.5 rear tyres. The TL1000 loader has a lifting capacity (at pivot
pin) of 2767 lb (1255) to maximum height of 114.2" (2900 kg), and
breakout force (bucket on ground) of 4605 lb (2093 kg). The clearance
with bucket dumped is 90" (2285) mm at maximum dump angle of 45 degrees.
The boom raising time is 3.7 seconds from ground line to max height, and
bucket dump time is 1.7 seconds. The 72" heavy-duty round bucket has a
rated capacity of 15.5 cu.ft (0.44 m3). The 4 in 1 bucket has a rated
capacity of 13.1 cu.ft (0.37 m3) and width of 72 in.
The BT1000 backhoe work ranges consist of a bucket dig force of 5825 lb
(2647 kg), and dipper arm digging force of 3779 lb (1718 kg). The max
digging depth is 121" (3073 mm), 2-ft. flat digging depth is 120" (3048
mm), and overall reach from swing pivot is 160.9" (4087 mm) at ground
line. The backhoe is equipped with 12", 16", 18", 24", 30" and 36"
buckets.
