Ford 1620 is a 2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive compact utility tractor from
Twenty compact series. This model was manufactured by Shibaura built between
1992 and 1997.
The Ford 1620 tractor is equipped with Shibaura J843 three-cylinder
liquid cooled diesel engine with a rated power of 27.3 hp (20.4 kW), and
3-range hydrostatic transmission with infinite forward and reverse
gears. Max. forward speed - 12.8 mph (20.6 km/h), maximum reverse speed
- 6.2 mph (10 km/h). The open center hydraulic system includes a gear
pump with rated fluid flow of 7.1 gpm (26.8 lpm).
The hydraulic pressure is 147 bar (2130 psi). The 2WD models are
equipped with 5.00x15 front tires and 9.50x24 rear tires. The 6.00x15
front tires and 9.50x24 rear tires are used for 4WD tractors. The
wheelbase is 63 inches (1600 mm). Compatible attachments for the Ford
1620: a 60" mid-mount mower deck, 78" front blade, 63" front-mount
snowblower, Ford 7108 loader with lift capacity to full height of 900
lbs (408 kg), and Ford 757B backhoe.
