Massey Ferguson 250 Tractor
The
Massey Ferguson 250 utility tractor was manufactured from 1983 to 1986. The MF
250 tractor is equipped with a Perkins AD3.152 4-stroke 3-cylinder direct
injection water-cooled diesel engine.
A 152 cubic inches engine has a cylinder bore of 3.6" (91 mm), piston
stroke of 5" (127 mm), and rated power of 44 hp (32.6 kW) at 2250 rpm.
The transmission includes a dry clutch and gearbox with 8 forward and 2
reverse gears. Max. forward speed - 20.6 mph (33.1 km/h), max. reverse
speed - 8.5 mph (13.7 km/h). The open center hydraulic system used a
gear pump with a flow of 9 gpm (34.2 lpm).
The hydraulic pressure is 179 bar (2595 psi). The Massey Ferguson 250 was
equipped with a power assist steering system, differential mechanical
wet disc brakes, 6.50x16 front tires, and 13.6x28 rear tires. The
wheelbase is 74.5 inches (1890 mm).
