International Harvester 1246 is a 2WD or 4WD farm tractor. This model was
manufactured from 1972 to 1980. The IH 1246 tractor is powered by International
Harvester DT-358 four stroke 6-cylinder direct injection turbocharged diesel
engine with a maximum power of 122 hp (91 kW) and 444 Nm (329 lb-ft) of max
torque at 1450 rev/min.
The International Harvester 1246 is fitted with two transmission
options: 12x5 fully synchronized transmission or fully synchronized
transmission with 16 forward and 7 reverse gears.

18.6 mph (29.7 km/h). The open center hydraulic system includes a gear
pump with a rated fluid flow of 10.6 gal/min (40.1 l/min). The hydraulic
