tractor. This model was manufactured between 1982 and 1985. The International
Harvester 956 XL tractor is powered by 238.7 cu.in (3.9 L) IH DT-239 4-cylinder
turbocharged liquid-cooled diesel engine with a rated power of 85 hp (63 kW) at
2300 rpm.
The International 956XL is fitted with a two-speed powershift Torque
Amplifier transmission with 16 forward and 8 reverse gears. The maximum
