John Deere 6110 Maintenance
The
John Deere 6110 is a 2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive utility tractor from 6000
Ten series. This model was manufactured between 1999 and 2002. The John Deere
6110 tractor is powered by 276 cu.in (4.5L) John Deere 4045TL 4-cylinder direct
injection turbocharged diesel engine. The engine has a cylinder bore of 4.19"
(106 mm), piston stroke of 5.00" (127 mm), maximum power of 84 hp (62.6 kW), and
345.8 Nm (255 lb-ft) of peak torque at 1100 rpm.
The John Deere 6110 is fitted with 2 types of transmission. 1st type:
SyncroPlus fully synchronized transmission with 12 forward and 4 reverse
gears. 2nd type: SyncroPlus Power Reverser 4-speed powershift
transmission with 16 forward and 16 reverse gears. The maximum forward
speed - 18.6 mph (29.9 kph), max reverse speed - 18.6 mph (29.9 kph).
The closed center hydraulic system used a variable displacement axial
piston pump with a rated fluid flow of 25.4 gpm (96.1 lpm). The
hydraulic pressure is 200 bar (2900 psi).
The John Deere 6110 is equipped with a power steering system,
differential hydraulic wet disc brakes, 7.50-18 (2WD) or 12.4-24 (4WD)
front tires, and 16.9-30 rear tires. The wheelbase is 94.5" (2400 mm).
Compatible attachments for the tractor: John Deere 620 front-end loader
with lift capacity to full height of 2707 lbs (1227 kg), John Deere 640
front-end loader with lift capacity to full height of 2970 lbs (1347
kg), or John Deere 640SL front-end loader with lift capacity to full
height of 3243 lbs (1471 kg).
