John Deere 6200 Maintenance
The
John Deere 6200 is a 6000 series utility tractor. This model was manufactured
from 1993 to 1998. The John Deere 6200 tractor is powered by 239 cu.in
(3.9L) John Deere CD4039 4-cycle 4-cylinder turbocharged liquid cooled diesel
engine with a maximum power of 89 hp (66.4 kW).
The John Deere 6200 is
fitted with four types of transmission. Type 1: 12x4 SyncroPlus fully
synchronized transmission. Type 2: 16x16 PowrQuad partial powershift
transmission.
Type 3: 15x5 SyncroPlus fully synchronized transmission. Type 4: 20x20 PowrQuad
partial powershift transmission.
Max forward speed - 18.7 mph (30.1
km/h), max reverse speed - 18.6 mph (29.9 km/h). The closed center hydraulic
system with pressure flow compensated includes an axial piston pump with a
flow of 18 gpm (68.1 lpm) or 25 gpm (94.6 lpm). The main relief pressure is 200
bar (2900 psi). The John Deere 6200 is equipped with a hydrostatic power
steering, differential hydraulic wet disc brakes, 7.50-18 (2WD) or 12.4-24 (4WD)
front tires, and 18.4x30 rear tires. The wheel base is 94.6" (2400 mm).
The
tractor is compatible with a John Deere 620 front-end loader with lift capacity
to full height of 2707 lbs (1227 kg), John Deere 640 front-end loader with lift
capacity to full height of 2970 lbs (1347 kg) for NSL system or 3243 lbs (1471
kg) for MSL system.
