Kubota M8580 utility tractor from M80 Series was manufactured from 1991 to 1999.
The Kubota M8580 powertrain system components: a 284.7 cu.in (4.7 L) Kubota
V4702-A 4-cylinder direct injection water-cooled diesel engine and power shuttle
transmission with 12 forward and 12 reverse gears. The engine has a cylinder
bore of 4.29" (109 mm), piston stroke of 4.92" (125 mm), and rated power of 85
hp (63 kW). The maximum travel speed (forward/reverse): 22.5 mph (36 kph) and
22.2 mph (35.5 kph).
The open center hydraulic system has a gear pump with a rated capacity of 21.1 gal/min (79.9 l/min). The Kubota M8580 is equipped with a hydrostatic power steering, hydraulic wet disc brakes, 12.4x24 or 13.6x24 front tyres, and 16.9x34 or 18.4x34 rear tyres. The tractor can be equipped with the following attachments: Kubota M1410 front-end loader with a lift capacity to full height of 3100 lbs (1406 kg), or Kubota M1275 front-end loader with a lift capacity to full height of 2800 lbs (1270 kg).
