The Mahindra 4025 utility tractor was manufactured between 2008 and 2019. The Mahindra 4025 driveline consists of Mahindra MDI 2700 R2 4-cylinder direct injection water-cooled diesel engine and 8x2 sliding mesh transmission. A 166.7 cubic inches (2.7 L) engine has a cylinder bore of 3.5" (89 mm), piston stroke of 4.33" (110 mm), and rated power of 41 hp (30.6 kW). The maximum forward speed - 17.5 mph (28 km/h), maximum reverse speed - 11 mph (17.5 km/h).

The open center hydraulic system includes a gear pump with rated fluid flow of 8.3 gpm (31.4 lpm). The Mahindra 4025 is equipped with a hydrostatic power steering system, dry disc brakes, 6.00x16 (2WD) or 9.50x16 (4WD) front tyres, and 12.4x28 rear tyres. The tractor is compatible with Mahindra ML232 front end-loader with a maximum lift height of 116" (2940 mm), and Mahindra ANBH86 backhoe with maximum digging depth of 105" (2660 mm).
