Mahindra 4550 is a 4-wheel drive utility tractor from 4500 Series. This model
was manufactured from 2014 to 2022. The components of Mahindra 4550 powerline
system: a 166.7 cubic inches (2.7 L) 4-cycle 4-cylinder direct injection
liquid-cooled diesel engine with a rated power of 48 Hp (35.8 kW), and full
constant mesh transmission with 8 forward and 2 reverse gears. The maximum
travel speed (forward/reverse): 19 mph (30.5 km/h) and 9 mph (14.5 km/h).
The open center hydraulic system includes a gear pump with rated fluid flow of 8.7 gal/min (33 l/min). The Mahindra 4550 is equipped with a hydrostatic power steering system, dry disc brakes, 9.50x16 front tyres, and 12.4x28 rear tyres. The tractor is compatible with Mahindra 4550L front end-loader with a max lift height of 116.6" (2960 mm), and Mahindra 4550B backhoe with max digging depth of 101" (2560 mm).
