Ford 1920 Tractor
The
Ford 1920 is a 2WD or 4WD compact utility tractor from twenty compact series.
This model was manufactured between 1987 and 2000. The Ford 1920 driveline
includes a 121.7 cu.in (2 L) Shibaura N844 four-cylinder naturally aspirated
water-cooled diesel engine with a rated power of 32 hp (23.9 kW), and 12x4
unsynchronized gear transmission or 12x12 mechanical shuttle transmission.
The maximum travel speed (forward and reverse): 13.4 mph (21.6 km/h) and
9.2 mph (14.8 km/h). The open center hydraulic system used a gear pump
with fluid flow rate of 7.8 gpm (29.5 lpm). The hydraulic pressure is
2130 psi (147 bar).
The 2-wheel drive models are equipped with 5.50x16 front tires and
13.6x24 rear tires. The 4-wheel drive tractors fitted with 7.0x16 or
25x8.5-14 front tires and 13.6x24 or 27x8.5-15 rear tires. The wheelbase
is 69.9" (1770 mm). The 1920 tractor is compatible with the following
attachments: front-mount Ford 715A snow blower,
Ford 7108 front end
loader, and Ford 758B backhoe.
