John Deere 1025R Maintenance
The
John Deere 1025R sub-compact utility tractor was manufactured from 2013 to 2021.
The John Deere 1025R driveline includes a 77.2 cubic inches (1.26 L) Yanmar
3TNV80 4-cycle vertical in-line 3-cylinder indirect injection naturally
aspirated water-cooled diesel engine and 2-range hydrostatic transmission with
infinite forward and reverse gears.
The engine has a cylinder bore of 3.15" (80 mm), piston stroke of 3.31"
(84 mm), and maximum power of 24.2 hp (17.8 kW). Max. travel speed
(forward and reverse): 9.1 mph (14.5 km/h). The open center hydraulic
system used a gear pump with rated capacity of 3.5 gal/min (13.3 l/min).
The hydraulic system pressure is 138 bar (2000 psi). The tractor is
equipped with a power steering system, wet disc brakes, 18x8.50-10 front
tires, and 26x12.00-12 rear tires. The wheelbase is 57" (1450 mm).
Compatible attachments for the John Deere 1025R: 54" or 60" mid-mount
3-blade AutoConnect mower decks, 54" front-mount blade, John Deere D120
front-end loader with lift capacity to full height of 825 lbs (374 kg),
John Deere H120 front-end loader with lift capacity to full height of
836 lbs (380 kg), and John Deere 260 backhoe with maximum digging depth
of 74" (1870 mm).
