John Deere 1530 Troubleshooting
The
John Deere 1530 is a 2WD utility tractor from Generation 2 series. This model
was manufactured between 1973 and 1975. The John Deere 1530 tractor is powered
by 164.4 cu.in (2.7L) JD 3164D 4-stroke 3-cylinder diesel engine. The engine has
a cylinder bore of 4.02" (102 mm), piston stroke of 4.33" (110 mm), and rated
power of 50 hp (37.1 kW).
The John Deere 1530 is fitted with 2 types of transmission. 1st type:
8x4 Collar Shift unsynchronized transmission. 2nd type: Partial power
shift transmission with 16 forward and 8 reverse gears.
The maximum travel speed (forward/reverse): 17.1 mph (27.4 km/h) and 5
mph (8.1 km/h). The closed center hydraulic system used a pump with a
rated capacity of 11 gal/min (41.6 l/min). The hydraulic pressure is 155
bar (2250 psi). The John Deere 1530 tractor was equipped with 6.00x16
front tires and 13.6x28 rear tires. The wheelbase is 74.1 in (1870 mm).
