John Deere 2520 is a 4WD (4x4) compact utility tractor from 2000 Twenty series.
This model was manufactured between 2006 and 2012. The John Deere 2520 driveline
system components: a 81.2 cu.in (1.3 L) Yanmar 3TNV82A 4-cycle vertical in-line
3-cylinder direct injection naturally aspirated liquid-cooled diesel engine with
a maximum power of 26.4 hp (19.7 kW), and two-range hydrostatic transmission
with infinite forward and reverse gears.
Max forward speed - 13.4 mph (21.5 km/h), maximum reverse speed - 13 mph
(20.9 km/h). The open center hydraulic system includes a gear pump with
rated fluid flow of 5 gal/min (19 l/min). The hydraulic pressure is 167
bar (2420 psi). The tractor is equipped with a power steering system,
wet disc brakes, 24x8.5-14 (Turf) or 23x8.50-14 (Industrial) front
tires, and 36x14.00-15 (Turf) or 14-17.5 (Industrial) rear tires. The
wheelbase is 65.2" (1650 mm).
The John Deere 2520 is compatible with the following attachments: 62" or
72" mid-mount 3-blade mower decks with cutting height of 1.0-6.0"
(25-152 mm) and hydraulic lift system, John Deere 200CX front-end loader
with lift capacity to full height of 902 lbs (409 kg), and John Deere 46
backhoe with 2-ft flat digging depth of 78" (1980 mm).
