New Holland T4.55 Tractor
The
New Holland T4.55 is a PowerStar T4 series utility tractor. This model was
manufactured from 2012 to 2018. The New Holland T4.55 tractor is powered by 207
cu.in (3.4L) FPT F5C 4-cylinder 8-valve direct injection turbocharged diesel
engine. The engine has a cylinder bore of 3.9" (99 mm), piston stroke of 4.33"
(110 mm), rated power of 55 hp (41 kW), and 240 Nm (177 lb-ft) of max torque at
1500 rev/min.
The New Holland T4.55 PowerStar is fitted with two transmission options:
12x12 Synchro Shuttle transmission with mechanical shuttle shift, and
12x12 Power Shuttle transmission with hydraulic shuttle shift. The
maximum forward speed - 18.8 mph (30 km/h), minimum creeper speed - 0.06
mph (0.1 km/h). The open center hydraulic system used a dual gear pump
with fluid flow rate of 12.5 gpm (47.5 lpm).
The 2-wheel drive models are equipped with 7.50x16 front tyres and
14.9x28 rear tyres. The 11.2x24 front tyres and 16.9x30 rear tyres fit
4-wheel drive tractors. The wheelbase is 85.8" (2180 mm) for models with
2WD and 83.8" (2130 mm) for models with 4WD. The New Holland T4.55 is
compatible with a NH 655TL front end loader with lift capacity to full
height (at 0.8m) of 2478 lbs (1124 kg) for NSL models and 3179 lbs (1441
kg) for MSL models.
