Ford 1900 Tractor Maintenance
The
Ford 1900 is a Hundred series compact utility tractor. This model was
manufactured by Shibaura built from 1979 to 1983. The Ford 1900 driveline
consists of a Shibaura LEM853 3-cylinder liquid cooled diesel engine and gear
transmission with 12 forward and 4 reverse gears.
A 87.2 cu.in (1.43 L) engine has a cylinder bore of 3.35" (85 mm),
piston stroke of 3.31" (84 mm), and rated power of 30 hp (22.4 kW). The
maximum travel speed (forward and reverse): 13.4 mph (21.6 km/h) / 9.2
mph (14.8 km/h). The open center hydraulic system includes a gear pump
with flow rate of 7.8 lpm (29.5 gpm).
The hydraulic system pressure is 127 bar (1850 psi). The 4-wheel drive
models are equipped with 20x8.00-10 front tires and 13.6-16 rear tires.
The 5.00x15 front tires and 12.4x24 rear tires are used for tractors
with 2-wheel drive. The wheel base is 63" (1600 mm) for 2WD models and
64.2" (1630 mm) for 4WD models.
The Ford 1900 tractor is compatible with the following attachments: Ford
915 mower deck with a cutting width of 60" (1520 mm), a 60" front-mount
snow blower, Ford 771 front end loader with a lift capacity to full
height of 1130 lbs (512 kg), and Ford 757 backhoe with a digging depth
of 76" (1930 mm).
