Kubota M5400 Maintenance
The
Kubota M5400 is a 2-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive utility tractor. This model was
manufactured from 1995 to 1999. The components of Kubota M5400 powerline system:
a 167.6 cubic inches (2.7 L) Kubota F2803 4-stroke 5-cylinder liquid-cooled
diesel engine with a rated power of 58 hp (43.3 kW), and partially synchronized
transmission with 8 forward and 4 reverse gears or creeper transmission with 12
forward and 4 reverse gears.
The maximum travel speed (forward/reverse): 19.6 mph (31.5 km/h) and 6.8 mph (10.9 km/h). The open center hydraulic system includes a gear pump with rated fluid flow of 11 gal/min (41.6 l/min). The Kubota M5400 is equipped with a power steering system, mechanical wet disc brakes, 7.50x16 (2WD) or 9.50x22 (4WD) front tyres, and 16.9x28 rear tyres. The tractor is compatible with Kubota LA1001 front-end loader with a lift capacity to full height of 2205 lbs (1000 kg) and breakout force of 3330 (1510 kg).
